Its not that i cant paybthe fees.i have got strong financial .i showed my brother pay slips and he is ready to sponsor me ,my mother government employee and i have got rentals on my name..its is estimated around 90lakhs to 1 cr inr .the thing is whether i will get a visa based on my current scenario but you people are twisting it.

i just asked will i get visa based upon this problem.

If you have strong financial background then what is stopping you from getting GIC? You will be the one receiving that money regardless so it doesn't make any sense as to why you want to avoid paying for GIC.
First and foremost you need to know what SDS is. It is not an academic program. It is one of the methods of applying for a VISA. SDS is an online-based system which currently has a processing time of four weeks the last time I checked, in India. Non-SDS method is the paper-based method where processing time can sometimes reach even three months. So, if you are running out of time I suggest you just get done with your GIC(use CIBC GIC for quick processing) and apply under SDS. If you have a lot of time to spare then forget about GIC, use other proof of financial stability and apply under the non-SDS stream.
You already have a rejection before so not having a GIC isn't going to help your case. If nothing, you are giving the VO a chance to reject your application based on financial grounds if he's not convinced with your sponsor's finances.

To answer your question in a nutshell, yes you can apply for a VISA without GIC using the NON-SDS stream but I would suggest against it.

The thing
i think you are highly confused. you do not have "strong" financials if you have to depend on your brother to pay for your fees instead of your parent. if your mother has way more than enough money then yes it is strong. no real need to include your brother.

as for rentals is it a guaranteed regular source of income? take note that you can use it as a reason for close ties to your home country. as to whether the vo will accept it and grant you the visa we wont know for sure

it also helps if you can express yourself more clearly as well, especially the part about indian currency and how much your schooling costs. you expect us to convert it on your behalf before giving you an answer?

The thing is i dont have father as he passed away so i am showing my mother and brother as sponsors apart from i am showing rentals of my house.

I applied online for visa.entire process is online.last time reason for rejection was “low English test scores and poor academic which I didn’t have so i justified and improve ielts. And i heard if i am applying to university gic is not mandatory and they didn’t mention anything about finances in visa rejection. I justified the reason for which my visa was rejected twice.so now?

Well, to apply online you need to meet all the requirements mentioned here : https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...permit/student-direct-stream/eligibility.html
One of the points reads have a Guaranteed Investment Certificate (GIC) of CAN$10,000.
You cannot apply online for VISA without a GIC.

Try going for the offline method. If you got to shoot your shot, at least try to aim towards the target.
