Will they ask for TEF results now?

Me and my wife got our CSQ's in February 2014 and applied for the federal in May 2014. We did our medical in August and are waiting for the next steps. My medicals have been received according to ECAS.

My question is, when I applied for the QSW, it was at a time when no TEF results were required. We gave an interview in french and got our CSQ's. So now at this stage of the application, do you guys think CIC will ask for the test results?

You already have your CSQ, at the federal stage you will be asked for Police records and Medical exams but you won´t be asked for TEF because Quebec already accepted you, exams results are asked in the federal stage only for PNP not for QSW, check this CIC link with the information and checklist about all the documentation you need.
