WILL THERE BE ANY PROBLEM IN FILING FSW

I want apply FSW BUT i stayed in USA for nearly 3.5 years "WITHOUT STATUS" ILLEGALLY.i came back to india before my C1D VISA end(USA TRANSIT VISA) i have few of my friends who stayed in same status along with me in USA ,got PR and landed in canada last year . i dont have any bad record in USA. when i check in CIC i am eligible for FSW .I am totally confused ,i got the suggestion from this forum not to go with any consultancy. can i somebody please help to start the process.this is my life.........thanks in adv.

It won't be a problem.

However make sure you tell the truth about your time and status in the US when you apply for PR. It will only become a problem for you if you lie about your history.
