Hi!
I'm not sure but it seems that all ITA were issued under FSW or FST program, what about CEC? :-\

I think it's a good sign for CEC applicants that CIC is sending ITA under FSWP since most people having LMIA are qualified for both FSW and CEC categories, so there would be more room for CEC applicants in later draws.

Yes, but I thought that there will be one draw for all programs...

I highly doubt that there will be 24K CEC applicants with LMIA throughout the year, so it will eventually hit 400 range though it's early to judge.

It's not a easy thing to get, mainly will end up being negative. Check the requirements and you'll figure it out:

Exactly, if someone rushes to get an LMIA now the employer has to advertise the role for 4 weeks before they can even submit the application.

Seriously guys, check your occupation median wage or unemployment rate in your area. Give you an example, for a programmer(not a fancy job) in most Ontario cities, the median wage is about 38-40$/hour. How many PGWP holders do you know making 80K ish per year? One or two? Ok let's check unemployment rate in their region. Is it above 6%? You see it's not easy at all.

the thing is if you are earning above that like me in this scenario but it most probably mean you are working for a top firm and they are just not interested to apply for a lmia for you

that is a case too! companies who can afford paying median wages to candidates aren't too much into this LMIA thing.
Also the amont if advertising efforts for them, etc. its hard for such big companies not to get anyone even apply for that position.

Getting an LMIA is not an easy task. It includes lot of factors for a firm. Advertising, interview the people in order to show the proof, after all this efforts any firm can submit an LMIA request. This just a time consuming process for them and that is why out of the firm's are not interested to go for LMIA. It's not as simple as what we are thinking. Just if somebody has time go through the LMIA form, will realize how tough and tedious process it is.

I work for an immigration consulting and I'm a CEC Dec/2014 myself. We've helped a company applying for LMIA and it seems EXTREMELY slow...and for those company who never applied LMIA before, there is a 10% gap, and we need to do a lot of calculation, using company's salary sheet or something. A lot of company doesn't want to provide this because it is credential of a company's business.

In a word, LMIA is not as easy and fast as ppl think. We estimate that a high-skilled application takes 3-4 months...

I'm quite negative right now. I submitted my application and rumor says it's being returned soon... >:(
