Will skill types effects time period of immigration

Please advise me in which skill level (like skill level 0,A or B)i fall as i am supervisor in pharmaceutical industry NOC 9212.Will it effect the whole processing time.

Since all the jobs in the list of "38" are A,B or O and you don't qualify unless it is A,B or O so it has absolutely no effect.
