The principal applicant has been suffering from it for around 10 years and has been quite steady without any issues. Has anyone seen any refusal cases under spouse sponsorship category?

Proof that he hadn’t had any hospitalizations, no contact with the police, etc. Proof that he has a very boring normal routine. Letter from his treating psychiatrist explaining whether there have been any violent incidents or whether he/she has expressed violent thought about himself or others.. Should warn you that he/she will likely have a multiple month wait period to get into see a psychiatrist.

Do you mean another psychiatrist appointed by immigration instead of the treating psychiatrist?
