hi i am sreenivas now in my final semester i have 7.2 gpa in mechanical engineering , i aspire to take industrial engineering masters in ryerson university, ontario, will with my gpa does it matters my hope to study in ryerson university

Depends. What was your undergrad uni ranking and what is that GPA converted to Canadian GPA. 3.5+ is competitive for Engineering
That will be tough but who knows, you should apply since you never know. I would look at other universities as well like Windsor that have lower requirements.
