Hi, All
I need help on this question: will a person's pnp nomination be withdrawn, or re-evaluated after marital change?
My friend is the principle applicant, currently in PR application process (already got the file number).
But his marriage broke.
His ex-wife had contributed scores to his PNP nomination to make him get nominated.
In this case, shall he:
1) Write to ircc and PNP office about the marriage change?
2) Will PNP withdraw his nomination because his score won't be enough for that time?

Your help is much appreciated!

1. He needs to inform IRCC about his relationship change. Is he divorced? Not informing IRCC could result in a refusal for misrepresentation.
2. Yes his score may be recalculated. This will be up to the VO. If he is no longer married he has no choice but to inform IRCC. His ex-spouse may also attempt to inform IRCC as well.
