Will PMP Certification be considered in level of education?

In the link below, it is mentioned something as certificate (along with diploma and degree). Is that the certifications like PMP is considered there? which is provided by PMI, one of the globally recognised institute.

If not, what are all those certifications?

One-year degree, diploma or certificate from a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute

Example - 2

Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years

No - it's not a certificate for EE purposes.

It's globally recognized but it won't get you any points under education. It's really just a test.

Certificates that are counted under EE are (for example) full time college courses that took a year to complete.
