While filling consent form which is better , Email or via mail ? What is better getting GCMS notes in email or via post ?

I strongly advise you ask for the email copy of your GCMS notes

If you want the hard copy to arrive by mail this will delay your application as someone has to physically pull out your file

With email everything is electronic so there will no delay on your application
