Will my FSW application affect my study visa application?

Hi all,

I want to apply for FSW through express entry first and apply for a study visa as plan B. But since the officer needs to be convinced that I'll leave Canada after my studies, won't FSW application affect my study visa? Cuz in this case the officer will know my intention is to stay in Canada.
