Will it be an issue if my Name is in initials in educational certificates?

My last and middle name are in initials in my educational certificate, whereas in my Passport it is in expanded form.
I will be using my name as per passport for the WES application. All my IDs have the expanded form in them.

Will this cause any issue for the ECAs for Canadian immigration?

How anyone can verify that it belongs to you? Does it at least have your national identification number and or photo ?
