I am Permanent resident now and plan to sponsor my parent to immigrate to Canada in the following 2-3 years. Now I plan to go to school.
OSAP has my record that I applied and withdrawal my application once previously. I have not submitted to my application for student award yet.
Will it affect my qualification for applying PR for my parent if I apply osap or student award?

OSAP on its own won't, but if your income is too low, you won't be able to sponsor your parent.

OSAP has returned to mostly loans since the system created was highly abused and didn’t just help the low income students who would not have attended college or university without grants. Just because a huge expense that the province couldn’t afford. Some students got very lucky and received almost free degrees thanks to the taxpayers. Some got free MBAs while working at a bank which just shows how badly implemented program was.

The PGP program is going through an overhaul so would look to see if you will actually qualify in 2-3 years. You still need to be lucky enough to get a spot.
