Will I lose age scores if not receiving and invitation before my birthday?

I've applied for PR through CEC. My birthday is in August, and I haven't received an invitation yet. My question is that, given the fact that I have already applied, will I lose scores if I don't get an invitation by my birthday?

Yes, your score will be automatically reduced on your birthday.

Note that you haven't actually applied yet. You've submitted a profile in the EE pool. You won't be able to apply until you receive ITA.
