Basically it means if you DO try to immigrate here, your file will be scrutinized big time. Plus your chances for an interview will be higher.

They can scrutinize it all they want. I am not worried. Even the immigration officer knew I had a gf and he even said it's serious. So if it was that bad or a risk they would not let me in. It's what I think at least.

I agree with PMM. You couldn't have been deported. Otherwise you would have needed an ARC to return to Canada. I think you just receive an exclusion order. See below for more information. You should be able to tell based on the IMM number of the document you recieved when you were removed.

I was given an "2. Exclusion Order (form number IMM 1214B)" With "Certificate of Departure (IMM 0056B)" (this was in 2007 guys) I was out of Canada for over 5 years before I returned. I only had 1 year ban.

Also I have a question. Since I got married and left on Friday that just passed. No one checked my visa or passport about visa when I left. Is there a way of logging out of VISA when you leave the country or they got it from plane records?

Did they scan your passport? That would be the way they "end" it.

I can't remember! There was a security check, and other stuff. I really didn't pay attention but this was in Toronto Airport so I am sure it's standard right?

More than likely, they scanned it, so your 6 months is up. When/if you come back as a visitor again, 6 months starts from the beginning.

Oh okay good! Oh so in May the visa ends and when I come back, they re-stamp it with a longer date for another 6 months right?

Your visa has ended when you left. Whenever you come back, whether they stamp it or just scan it, then 6 months starts up again from the start.
