Will I get points for law degree even if I don't intend to practice law?

Hi All,

I have a law degree and I understand that under the EE system, the points for a law degree are equal to that of masters degree. However, I do not intend to practice law. Would it still be ok for me to claim the points for the professional degree?

Please help me with this. Thanks.

Yes, you will be able to. Degree and experience can be in different disciplines.
