Maybe you are right but if a person dont have anything to show other than fds or policies, i dont think its a bad option! Ok if its like in spp you cannot show property then loan will be good enough .

yes, they have stated that if you have enough liquid money that u can afford your education then it is great but if do not have enough liquid money, then you can show a loan of 80% of your expenses I.e. living, education etc.
