i submit QSW application in mon project 2 days before work permit expired, and then come back to home country. The application status is waiting for treatment. But I found some Information was input wrong in application form, I want to write a letter to MIDI, Will this action disqualify my exempt from cap? and Will The application change thought by MIDI as dishonest or prolong The application process?

Most likely it won't impact your application.

FYI, I submitted my application as cap-exempt on last day of my job in Quebec and moved to USA shortly after that. I called MIDI Customer Care to update my address and I was told that I should send new address information along with documents once I receive document checklist. I received document checklist and CSQ while I was in USA.

What do you want to update in your application? Unless it's something critical that would impact your scores or new family member or marriage status, I would not bother. If information is trivial then wait till you get document checklist. FYI , I had provided incorrect DOB of my wife ( it was off by 2 days) and there were few spelling mistakes in the application I had submitted to MIDI. I had sent a cover letter along with document from checklist explaining "trivial" mistakes.

In case you are wondering how I managed to provide incorrect information in such an important application. Well it was Jan 2016 and MON project was at its absolute worst. I had spent several hours just to open the portal and once I was in the portal, I finished my entire application in single sitting in few minutes and submitted the application. :)

Thank you a lot, seems I am safe to the quota cap, that's good news. In fact, I would like to update some information: my job title when I worked in Quebec, my physically working period in Quebec (because I was sent by my company to another country for business for a while, but I didn't put this experience on my work history), and also the "staying in Quebec" and "travel history" (I though the business trip will also be considered as staying in Quebec), and a date change (one month off) to my previous work history.
Yes, I know this case is really special and I put too much wrong information on it, because when I filled the application, I just want to submit it asap and also, I cannot access my previous work contract and contract termination, so...
Well, I am not sure whether this action be considered as "cheating", hope it will not anyway

Well. Who was paying you when you were out of Quebec? Quebec employer or other company? What does your experience certificate say? What does your payslip say?

Answer to above questions would determine if you need to update your application or not

Well, the Quebec company paid me when I was out Quebec, you know, I was dispatched by the Quebec company to work on its project. Also, I paid the tax for Quebec/ Canada during when I traveling, and the Quebec company also pay the tax which should be paid by them.
