Hello.
I just wanted to know if once I am approved the permanent residence and I have to go through a border crossing or an immigration office I have to bring all the originals of the documents I submitted with me.
I am asking because I cannot find my original IELTS results. I submitted my scores based on a scanned PDF on my computer.

Thank you

Possible, but very unlikely. I have not heard of anyone who was asked for the IELTS results at the border.
What about other documents such as forms etc.

Read this thread:

Now, do I really have to go through a border crossing or is it possible to go to an Immigration Office in my city?
I live 2 hours away from a border crossing and I would like to avoid the drive if possible.

You shouldn't be asked for any originals, however you can get another ielts certificate
Usually you can't but canada immigration is the only exception
Go to the place that issued your certificate with the ita latter and request another original
