Hello folks!

I started working on April 13th in 2015. Today is April 12 2016, when should I create my profile and enter the pool? 12AM after tonight or the 14th?

I'm an inland CEC and going to apply for OINP. I have a Canadian degree and have my IELTS report on hands.

U shud have entered by now... as CIC considers only month and Year but not days... Apr 2015 to Mar 2016 is already an year for u...

u can enter the pool and to be on safe side (if u have any doubt) ... consider ITA after 13th APR...

You can create now. Is your CRS >= 470?

Sadly no. I'm only at 415, 441 is the max I will get if I can achieve CLB10. So even though the OINP PT seems to be paused, it is my only option :(

Ah, this is not 100% true. While it is true that that is the way the express entry online system has been designed, CIC explictly states that YOU (not the system) are responsible for ensuring that you meet the requirements at the time you apply. Work experience requirements go by exact dates. If someone gets an ITA before they qualify - which is possible for the reasons described above - the application will be refused.

For the OP, it's OK to submit the profile now, you have met the one year requirement.

But i said to enter the pool but consider ITA after 13th APR...

2016 is a leap year. April 12th is already 365 days.
