My mom had a valid canada visitor visa from 2015, and it valid until 2022, because of family reason, we decide not proceed canada immigration process, and did not send the medical check result in 2016, and got immigration refusal in 2017. And we took her to vancouver, bc for a day trip, and got checked on the border, and the officier asked there is still something wrong with her immigration status, and we need fix, but she let us in for the day trip, and we left canada that day.
So I emailed the visa office to see what can we fix, does our existing 2015 visitor visa still works? We planned a week trip to Toronto in august. Not sure what is wrong.
