Got PPR last week from CPC-Mississauga, but have to submit passports to China visa office for PR visa and CoPR. Sent email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca for instructions, but no auto-reply or reply received so far. Will CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca auto-reply? How many days will they reply our email?

My husband and I had the same issue. He was the PA and needed his PPR to go to Auckland, New Zealand who sent it to Sydney, Australia on his behalf for processing. We sent the request to the same Ottawa email as you and got a response in five days, but it doesn’t hurt to send a webform either. We also did not get an auto reply email.
