They should... Dec 24th is not a government holiday for CIC. They may have reduced number of staff working, but they will be open. If you sent the package via a Canada Post service, they will be working as well... If you sent by a courier company, you should check with them to ensure they will have a full/regular work day.

Thank you very much I sent yesterday but i sent to pobox address so ups called me ask me to change to the courier's address and will be delivered on monday I just wanna make sure they will have accept it. TY
