Will changing job(difffernt NOC code) within same company affect BC PNP process?

Hi,

I'm wondering if it's possible to switch jobs (hence the different NOC codes) within the same company?

Will that still count under the same experience?

Also, how long will it take to get your PR approved through BC PNP process these days?

Would you guys mind sharing which stream you applied, and how long it took?

I'm trying to gauge how long should I stay at this job.
