Will Canadian University accept backlogs?

Hi I studied CSE B tech with CGPA 6.5 I had 12 backlogs cleared within the course duration..
12th bio maths 70%
10th 7.4 gpa
Like to take post graduation diploma
Now Preparing for IELTS exam..
Will I get admission from any of the good colleges?
