Is canada will be able to grant me TRV to canada because my canadian wife is pregnant? we havent submitted any documents maybe if we were granted trv then we can file spousal sponsorship there.

another question, we have all the documents/applications ready but business was named after my wife's father. im the one who is in charge now.( her father passed away) CIC requires us to have business regstration. what to do? anyone can help me pls

To be approved for a TRV, you will need to demonstrate that you have strong ties to your home country (e.g. employment, property ownership, etc.) and that you have no plans in remaining in Canada long term. If you mention your wife's pregnancy, it's possible this could work against you.

You should get the business registration transferred to your name if possible before you apply.
