Is it risky to apply on last dates ...

as for now certificate is getting late i have paid on 12th not yet recieved certfcate its taking 10 days nearly

My personal advice if you are not applying under SPP then u just take education loan of 10000 CAD and apply for visa on the other hand you have no option to just wait for GIC.

i think they might issue as early as possible as dead line for visa is comingup not sure about this bro
