I was having the same confusion before. But later after consulting with few immigration experts and members on this website , I found out that if anyone applying under SPP , documents should be provided strictly according to the check list. SOP is needed only if u have low score or have a gap between studies.
If you are going to provide all these documents , ur application won't be proceeded under SPP but rather in general category .

SO WHAT SHOULD I APPLY WITH THEN?
I dont think u need last 4 documents.
Check it out urself .. they clearly state that "DO NOT PROVIDE ANY ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS UNLESS REQUESTED TO DO SO BY A VISA OFFICER, OR YOUR FILE WILL NOT BE GIVEN PRIORITY PROCESSING UNDER SPP."

but i have seen many people here in the forum getting rejection by providing the documents gien in the checklist
well that depends on the VO . if he is satisfied with the information u provided or not . but for sure, SPP was introduced to keep the paper work lesser and visa process easier... u can always consult with an expert.. which college r u applying for ?

centennial, toronto
if you gonna fulfill all the requirements they ask . of course they can't possibly deny your visa.. people u have seen with visa denials under spp either bcoz of their studies ( or the field they chose ) or bcoz of low ielts score or gaps or low academic scores..
