Will a medical exam done in Germany by a panel physician need translation?

We're almost ready to submit, and have everything except the upfront medical exam - the appointment is this Thursday. I'm wondering if there will be anything that needs the official translation stamp or if whatever we are given will also be in English? I need to book the translator's time asap. TIA!
