Will a career shift create problems in Student Visa?

Hi,

I live in India and have a Bachlor's in Computer Engineering. I have also been working in the same industry for the past 5 years. I wish to get into culinary management as I have discovered my passion for it and would like to work in this now. The institutes I talk to tell me that they do not have any issue in accepting me as a candidate but I might get issues in getting the visa. Is this a problem?

I am really hatting what i do right now. Also I have been into culinary since quite a few years. I also wish to open a restaurant/food truck but donot have any professional training for it.
