I wasn't able to complete my graduation for certain reasons....but i was still lucky to find a good job. But to take my career further I needed a degree. So on a friends recommendation I got a degree from a university which was dated 3 years back. Originally I started college in 2009 so the course would've lasted till 2012, but like I said I didn't complete it that course. So in 2014 I applied to this other university and they gave me a degree from the year 2010-2013 and since then I have used it to get further in my career but I'm scared when it comes to applying for WES. I didn't attend classes or give exams just paid the fee and they gave me a degree.
Well, clearly it's a fake degree. Even though it may be "officially" issued by the college, you didn't attend classes or give exams so it's fake.
If it's a very VERY good fake, sure, it might just be accepted by WES.
OTOH, if this university is in the habit of issuing fake degrees, WES may know about this since these kinds of things aren't a secret to companies like WES. There's a reason that IRCC asks WES to validate a degree - the whole point of an ECA is to determine the genuineness of your degree + compare it to a Canadian degree.
Next, even if WES somehow accepts it, IRCC may very well catch that it's fake and ban you for misrepresentation. The background check is very thorough, they don't just accept documents on face value.
If you get banned, you will have trouble getting a visa to any developed country for the rest of your life.
If you somehow get a PR, your PR can be cancelled at any time if IRCC catches that you lied.
And finally, EVEN after you become a citizen, your citizenship can be revoked at any time if they catch that you lied.
I'm not judging, just stating facts. Is it impossible to get a visa using fake documents? No, of course it isn't, people try all the time and I'm sure some get it. Lots of people who try get banned for misrepresentation, some for life.
If you have some James Bond level fake documents that pass all tests with all agencies, then you don't need to be asking here for help!
