Will a 1year Pre Degree in NOUN university be accepted by WES

I am actually new but i must confess that i am quite impressed and very encouraged by the manner in which cases and inquiries have been treated in here.

However, i have a question that needs an urgent response
Will a 1year Pre Degree from NOUN university here in nigeria be accepted by WES along with my BSC as an extra in CSR calculator ?

Hi please I would appreciate your response. Were you able to find out if you qualify for express entry with your pre degree? Were you given a predegree certificate from noun? Like a hard copy? I also did pre degree in IMSU but never got a certificate and I would like to know if Wes can assess it as an extra certification. Thanks
