Wife's name on PCC

if my wife has a PCC before our marriage and that doesn't have my name as her last name use the same PCC for EE. I m the primary and she is my depandent

Would Cic accept these type of documentes where they are made in advance and used even after status change ?

I believe you'll need to provide proof of legal name change.
Also the PCC had to be issued after your wife's last visit to that country.
