Hi everyone,

I have already applied for my wife's spousal sponsorship. But have one issue. My wife went to Nepal in nov 2009 for 5 days. In the supplementary to be filled for New delhi, we filled approx. days coz she does not remember the exact days, nor does she hv any entry or exit stamps on her passport. She travelled from india to nepal nd crossed the border legally. But as indian citizen she didnt require any visa..can this pose an issue. Coz we hv no proof she went thr, but we didnt want to hide it. Kindly guide!!

No one has an answer to this ???

Since there is no legal issue, no need to disclose this visit.

Nepal is India's brother country. No need of any disclosure.

I have already disclosed it

You need to inform if the information is documented. In this case, your travel info is not documented so you do not need to disclose

You should put it in her travel history, but really it doesn't matter if she has a stamp or not in passport and since she wasnt there 6 months or longer she doesn't need a police cert. It shouldn't be an issue at all.
