I came to canada on study visa and now i am on post-graduate work permit and working as a truck driver in Winnipeg, MB . I am married last year in January. Now I want to apply for my wife visa. Give me some suggestions how i can apply and what are the requirements.

You currently work in NOC C so your wife does not qualify for an OWP.

What about the visitor visa?

You can try but it has high chance of refusal. She needs to show strong ties to her home like job, funds, property etc. She also need written travel authorization.

Only way is to apply for a visitor visa or get a job that is in NOC A, B or 0.
