wife sponsor from pakistan

Hi guys, I submited my application in sep 2012. I got acknowledgment letter in oct 2012. but my status is still showing "Medical Have been received" and my wife didn't get any letter or email from ISL embassy.

she has to wait ,,she will get any news from them after file 10 to 12 months of file transfer,,,even its not sure that ur file is in islamabad or in ottawa
