wife sponsership

hi everyone,
i am canadian citizen married to a bahamian citizen and been living there since marriage
my wife and i been married for more than 7 years and have 2 children togheter and 1 of them as already canadian citizenship. From the Bahamas i applied to sponser mi wife,the first part of the application has been approved at Mississaugua. I am already in Canada setting up the field for my family, could they come as visitor until the pr is ready for my wife? its an exemp visa country...

We have a similar case. My wife (since almost 13 years) is Canadian, we have 2 children and have lived to together since summer 2000.

She will go to Canada with the kids already, while I'll switch off the lights in Germany.

I was told that when you are exempt from visa to enter Canada, it is no problem to visit and leave again at any time during the application process.

So you should be fine.
