Hello,
I am currently working in Toronto and planning to file my PR(via Express Entry) and my wife is working in Quebec. I will be the primary applicant keeping my wife as the secondary applicant. What are the odds of getting a rejection due to my wife residing in Quebec at the time of filing the application.
Any leads would be highly appreciated. Thanks.

You will have to show that your wife will not continue to live in Quebec.
