Wife Provincial Nomination as primary applicant

Hello everyone,
I need some help here i cant find answers after long conversations and research.
i am a student about to graduate from alberta in a 1 year non credit course. I am also M.sc engineering from foriegn country aswell
After comming to canada i got enrolled in 1 year degree programe then I applied for my wife's visa and luckily it got approved in 3 months. She also got 2 year open work permit (still valid)
And she came here and now its been 1 year already. she is here living with me. We also have a 1 year canadian born citizen child as well.
as i know that i am not elligable for provincial nominee as our programe states that it is a noncredit course.
However,
My question is can my wife apply for provincial nominee she has ielts score, WES documents done 8 months NOC Job experience moreover, she was a practising doctor back home having 2.5 year exprience of work and does that makes me get PR aswell?
Please help and suggest.

If she is eligible for Express Entry with a skilled job then yes. You would be included on the application. Whether she is invited depends on her CRS scores. Then she can apply for AINP- EE. There is another stream AINP- AOS so research that and see if she is eligible.

Thanks for your response. I did research about AINP-AOS, there i saw that if a person having 24 months of abroad experience in her field and me as pgwp if i have 6months experience then we can apply for that? If that is so then she is ready but im not having 6months experience right now.. but correct me if i understood it wrong?

other question: what is processing time?

Thats the whole problem that i am not sure which and what program we are elligable for!! That is why i am here to dig deep and get a nice oppurtunity so that it is done in timely manner.

No one can tell you based on your limited information. You need to research Express Entry and set up a profile based on her IELTS and ECA.

Also read through the AINP website as there are two programs. One through EE and one with job offer (AOS).

If her CRS score for EE is high enough, she may get invited. For AINP-EE if her NOC and CRS score are high enough she may get a nomination. If she meets AOS criteria, she may get a nomination.

If you don’t want to do the research then hire a licensed immigration consultant.
