Wife Moving From Florida to Canada With UHaul - Any Concerns?

My wife received her Permanent Residency approval email in January, and is going to be driving up from Florida in April with her stuff in a U-Haul. She has a detailed list of everything that will be in it, as well as having the boxes labelled with their contents.

Should there be any concerns with her sister (who is a US citizen) crossing the border with her in the U-Haul, or anything else she should know or be concerned about?
