Wife is a canadian citizen, does that give me more points on express entry?

Hey guys, so I applied for my express entry in July. I'm still in the pool with CRS points of 455. I just got married and my wife is a Canadian citizen. I'm yet to update my profile as I did apply as a single person/not married. What I would like to know is if updating my status to show I'm married and also my wife being a citizen, will get me extra CRS points? Can anyone help with this info? Thank you
