Still no SA for us, already emailed CIC about the delayed SA. Received reply from them Nov 13, 2015 saying our application is with an officer for pending review

What do you mean by "informed CIC"? You will need to do more than just send an email. Additional forms will be required and others updated and submitted. Of course once you have SA, then you will have a File # to make reference to.

Yes we're doing that, cic already sent us the list of forms to be updated and supporting documents to be submitted. Right now waiting for our baby's passport, it will be release on Dec 19. Do you think they are waiting for the updated form to be submitted before giving SA?
