It is the processing fee, usually the documents are assess and verified by the colleges or university admission Councillor.

yar mera college band ho gaya ha, but transcripts hain mere pass,

makes any diffrence, assess to kar leen but verfication ka masla ha ?

Dear dont be confuse, dont worry if ur college is not working, ur degrees may be verify by HEC and others, I m sending u the link of Universities and Colleges that have good standard according to Canada, select it.
