why some ppl get rejection for not having travel history

Hello frnz, i just want to ask, many posts i hv read here stating that their visa has been refused on the basis of the following, can someone explain them?
1. You will not return from canada.
2.No travel history
I am waiting for ur replies guys, plz tell me

this is just a lame reason they show when you can't satisfy a VO that you have enough financial backup
