Why no UCI after payment is done and confirmation letter is received?

I just submitted the application of visitor visa for my parents several hours ago through IRCC Portal. My father is the primary applicant, however, he didn't receive the UCI number in his application after getting payment confirmation and submission letter. My mother has received everything including the Biometrics Collection Letter. Is there anything wrong with my father's application? I have checked the documents and information several times before I submitted, i don't think there is anything wrong. Have you had such kind of experience before? Please help. Thanks.

i have the same issue. my mom is the primary applicant she has not got her UCI and biometric letter, but dad got his biometric letter 2 hours after the applicant was submitted. Plz let me know any updates you got after.

Don’t worry. I tried to email IRCC through web form 2-3times during 6 days after submission. My dad’s biometric letter was released 7days later than my mom’s. I heard many similar cases recently. Normally the primary applicant has to wait one more week. You can try to contact IRCC by web form too.
