Why my EE score was 0 but I already meet the condition?

Hi everyone,

I would like to ask one tricky question. I want to get into the EE pool, and I have already got enough IELTS score but I did not finish ECA. Every time I fulfilled all questions and submitted, I will receive one message within one min and the progress will change to 'Profile ineligible' immediately. There are no further details of each score, it was just blanked. And, the overall score was '0', which really confused me.

I have already submitted it three times but get the same feedback. Why did it happen? Is that because I did not finish ECA, but why the overall score was o? Or is it because there is too much traffic on the IRCC website on the 6th of May, so the website shut down or under maintenance?

You need the ECA done. It is mandatory, as clearly stated in the requirements

Thanks everyone! Looks like it's my misunderstanding of the IRCC's regulations. I already submitted my qualification certificate yesterday, and it takes 35 business days. But I have another tricky question: how could my score was 0? Was that system issue or without ECA you could not even submit at all? Appreciate.

Your score is zero without an ECA. Assume you went with WES.

Many thanks. Got it, now the only thing I could do is waiting for my ECA finished. Hopefully it could be done within one month. I finished my master in New Zealand, the process looks quite straightforward.
