Why it takes too long to get Invitation to apply on SINP express entry ?

Hi all,
I've applied under SINP express entry. I am selected in monthly pool selection and uploaded my file online in OCT-2018. Since then nothing happened. Do anyone share his/her personal experience about how much it takes to get Invitation to apply in new system?
