I applied for a police clearance certificate from India (applied from Canada). They said it will be sent by purolator. I got a message that its on the way but when I look at the tracking history it says "delivery attempted receiver unavailable".
What does that mean? Do I have to personally receive it at my doorstep? Why can't they just leave it there at my doorstep?
