I'm post 26/2010 applicant and It's been around 5-months since my status showing RBVO. Why is it taking so much time to get into InProcess stage atleast. Any idea about this delay in NDVO? :'(

From what I have learnt in this forum, PATIENCE is the key word. In fact one of my friends, who has settled in Canada, kept claiming that MR would come within 60 days of file transfer from CIC Sidney however no such thing happened. So be patient, all other Vo's are moving, ours will follow suit.

I agree with u that patience is the key but then why CIC claims that under new rules applicants should get their visa max by 8-months time.B'coz of this only reason i applied for immigration canada. I'm loosing my interest in canada as i'm not able to decide about my carrer and other things. This whole immigration thing is only for making money and not keeping their promises. God help us!!!

Now on top of the delay i'm not able to see my online status from the past 2-weeks. It's showing the following details:

What should i do? I've put this question so many time in this forum but didn't get any kind of satisfactory reply.
Thanks

I agree....the waiting part can be really frustrating. I don't know your timelines, however what time frame does your 2nd AOR mention? Mine mentioned 10 months...so guess will have to wait till Jan 2012 :(

Are you using the Unique Client Identifies? Cos in my case only that works. The receipt number has never worked so far. It displays the same message as yours.

Hello dear,

Well i never ready anywhere that CIC is giving VISA in 8 months.

Waiting is the only tool to get reply from VO.

Regards
Mayank
