One of my friend applied after 8 months than me through express entry received PR last week. I am waiting since March 2019. I have passed criminality, medical and eligibility since October 2019.
We both are inland applicants. Why CIC treats paper based applicants differently.
As per GCMS notes they haven't literally touched my file since October 2019. Security not initiated is generic responses. I am sure in this age of technology they must have been scanning paper documents in lieu of exchanging documents for verification and clarification purposes from different departments.
I am trying to find a rationale for treating both streams differently since both pay same amount of fees and go through same processes. Please guide me
